OUR MISSION
Our goal is simple.
Everything we build should sustain local industry, protect the environment, and offer a quality of life you’ll be proud to own. We’re proud to be a trusted home builder dedicated to craftsmanship, sustainability, and lasting value.
MATERIALS AND METHOD
The Dow Difference
We insulate with Havelock Wool and TimberHP wood fiber instead of foam and fiberglass. We frame and finish with solid wood, side with real cedar, spruce and pine, and finish with Vermont Natural Coatings PolyWhey.
Less plastic, less petroleum, nothing off-gassing into the house you'll sleep in for the next forty years. It is a healthier place to live and a quieter one, and it holds up to a White Mountains winter.
WHAT WE BUILD WITH
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
"I grew up working alongside my dad, a builder who had me on job sites before I was old enough to drive."
Colton Dow, owner-operator. Peter, his father, has been building for forty-five years and is still the project manager on every job.
What our clients say
-
"We worked through our renovation largely remote, and from the start it was clear that we had a trustworthy and knowledgeable partner that could achieve our vision and help us make good decisions along the way."
Steve · North Conway, NH
-
"Throughout the entire process he has been thorough, attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable...We’ve had a great experience so far and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a builder."
Porter · Eaton, NH
